January 2016 enjoying a little sun on a frosty day with the pigs

Today is January 2, 2016.  It is 28F here in Roy and the ground is frozen solid.  We are introducing our new KuneKune boar "Howie" to the rest of our herd.  We took all of the pigs outside for them to play on the frost covered frozen ground and eat carrots with Morgan.  The other pigs have accepted Howie and he is doing well!  He is such a wonderful addition to the farm and Morgan's favorite boy!  Here are some of the photos I took today of the pigs enjoying their time outside.  They were out of the barn about 2 hours when they all ran for the door and wanted back in!  Too cold for them!
